Brady is fantastic! I purchased a cart from him and a few months later I thought I was having issues; he came over and tested my batteries and we discovered the water level was low. He called me twice afterwards to make sure everything was ok, and even stopped by once to follow up. It was! Customer service that I rarely see.

I have the most beautiful golf cart, all thanks to Brady at Custom Cruisin Carts. I talked with him and showed him a picture of what I wanted it to look like and he came over and picked it up and the work began. It was my fathers that I got when he passed away and wanted to keep all of what we could and replace what we needed to. It was an old white cart that needed a whole lot of work. He worked with me every step of the way making sure all the new items were just what I wanted. When he finished it looked like a totally different and brand-new golf cart, and my Dad's insignia was embroidered in the middle of the front seat. He went above and beyond to give me a custom golf cart with the special memory of my Dad. My cart is the pink and black one in his photo gallery. Brady Chapman and Custom Cruisin Carts have been a joy to work with. The craftsmanship on the cart was outstanding. We couldn't be more proud of it. Most importantly though, Brady stood behind his work when we noticed the battery wasn't properly charging. We were in Port Aransas and called him and he talked us through the problem. He purchased a new battery for the cart which kept our vacation intact. Later he fixed the loose wire on the voltage regulator and reinforced the back of the cart with angle iron all to "get the cart right". He went above and beyond my expectations, i.e., to include lending me a trailer to pick up the cart and transport it back to Spring Branch from Port Aransas. All is fine with the cart now thanks to Brady and his staff. This is the kind of business you want to send your cart to. They care and will go the extra mile to get it right. Brady and the folks at Custom Cruisin Carts were awesome. They provided great service to me and my family in servicing our older club car cart. We could not be happier what Brady and Bill did for us with our golf cart. We have an older cart and they were able to retrofit everything to make it look like a newer cart by adding new seats and lights and a new floor mat. Enjoyed working with Brady at Custom Cruisin Carts!!! He provided me with exactly what I wanted in a golf cart. Living in the Hills of Canyon Lake, I needed a golf cart which would allow me to cruise around the neighborhood comfortably, so I opted for a gas-powered cart with tires that would also allow me to go on non-paved streets as well.
